Our teams have recently successfully completed the development of a series mould for a sealing valve combining technical performance and industrial reliability.

This valve is made by overmoulding an NBR 80 Sh elastomer, compliant with standard EN 549 B2 H3 with ozone resistance, onto a brass washer.
The process incorporates cohesive bonding (bonding between the NBR and the brass) to ensure long-lasting durability.
This project was characterized by the quality of the exchanges between our customer and our technical and sales teams: open and constructive dialogue enabled us to significantly adapt the geometry of the part in order to:
- reduce production costs,
- minimise quality risks in critical areas of the component.
The result: a successful development, a robust process and a fully satisfied customer.
👉 This is yet another example of our ability to design, industrialize and ensure the reliability of customized sealing solutions combining metal and elastomer.
