A structuring project – supported by the Île-de-France Region – for our industrial, technological and sustainable development
We are proud to announce that CHEVALIER has been selected by the Île-de-France Region as part of the PM’Up program, a support program for industrial SMEs with high growth potential.
This regional support recognises:
- our industrial expertise in the moulding of technical silicone and rubber parts,
- our mastery of advanced technologies, particularly LSR injection,
- and our long-term commitment to industrial performance and environmental transition.
🎯 A project structured around three major areas
1️⃣ Digitalisation of our moulding workshop (MES)
We have deployed an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) in our workshops in order to:
- manage our production in real time,
- improve the traceability and quality of parts,
- reduce waste and energy consumption,
- strengthen our ability to respond to customer requirements (automotive, industrial, medical, aeronautics).
👉 A key lever for a more efficient and responsible industry.
2️⃣ Accelerating our international development
In line with our Road To Export programme, this PM’Up project enables us to:
- strengthen our visibility in Europe, particularly in Germany and Switzerland
- adapt our communication materials by market and function
- participate in leading industrial trade shows
- structure a targeted international prospecting approach.
3️⃣ Industrial investments & ecological transition
We plan to:
- acquiring new automatic and semi-automatic injection moulding machines,
- retrofitting existing presses,
- a controlled increase in capacity that is more flexible and less energy-intensive.
These investments are fully in line with our commitment to significantly reducing our carbon footprint (scopes 1 & 2)

- securing our growth trajectory,
- strengthening our investment capacity in France,
- continuing to support our customers on demanding projects, from design to series production.
