In the medical industry, innovation and precision are essential. With this in mind, our workshops have developed an ultra-thin liquid silicone membrane (LSR) (0.3 mm radius thickness), designed for highly technical medical applications.
Rapid, optimised development
From the prototype phase we chose an approach that combined reactivity and flexibility. In just six weeks, we developed a semi-automatic mould with 4 different cavities and a valve, enabling us to test and improve several versions of the membrane.
Once the geometry have been optimised, we developed a fully automatic 32-cavity series mould, designed with 4 self-centring blocks of 8 cavities each. This mould architecture guarantees perfect repeatability and increased productivity.
A production process without compromise
Our workshops have developed an advanced process that optimises every step:

✔ Total absence of burrs, for an impeccable finish
✔ Ready-to-use parts, requiring only post curing before shipment
